To solve a problem particular to contemporary United States culture’s omnipresent “God Bless America” stickers and signs an oversticker that can be applied above/before, as needed, to provide a recontextualizing preface. Sticker says: America Sneezed. Thus:

America Sneezed.
God Bless America.
